It further expands the subject of the paper and carries the findings that have been spoken in the body of the paper which includes supplementary information.

    As we know readers are more interested in visual additions like maps, charts, and photographs, and an appendix usually contains these kinds of things.

It is very important to keep the reader up to date regarding the instruments used by the researcher.
