It was built with the partnership of house of Habib, Toyota Tsusho and Toyota Motors in 1990. They are authorized dealers of various Japanese cars and of spare parts. The plant is located near port bin Qassim outside Karachi. They sale cars, SUVs, pickups, buses and vans. Indus motors has played an important role in the supply chain of local industry. Pakistan is the highest corolla car selling in Asia. [Wikipedia]Objectives/Goals/Aims of company:Objective of Toyota company is very simple. For Toyota customer is really important and is of first priority so their main objective is to make sure that the product is available at the right time, at the rightprice and of the right quality by doing this they Toyota will be able to support their retailers, dealers, sales entities and partners across the world so they can full fill the demands of customers.Sector in which Toyota operates:Toyota in public sector company. Toyota is the joint venture of various companies of Pakistan but its profile is made for public appearance that’s why it is a public sector company.Organization size and operations:As have mentioned before Toyota is the joint venture of House of Habib, Toyota Tsusho and Toyota motors japan. They manufacture various cars form commercial to sports car range. In commercial they sale Hilux in light passenger they sale Corolla and in sports they sale Fortuner. It is located on 107-acre site in port Qassim Karachi. They have strong network of distribution 46 independent and 35 deal ships across the country. Legal Structure:Toyota is the joint venture of various companies in Pakistan and it is public limited company.Key stakeholders:Toyota has always concerned about their stakeholders so they take disparate measures to perform CSR corporate social responsibility. Following are the main concerned stakeholders of Toyota.

Initially Suzuki motors of japan own 25% of shares which gradually increased now own 73.03% of shares. Pakistan Suzuki motors is the leading company of Pakistan by having more than 60% of market shares. It also deals in Suzuki used cars. Pak Suzuki is also inventing in glass making company. Mehran is the most famous car which is produced and assemble in Pakistan but mostly Mehran lacks thebasic safety features like air bags Ac’s etc. They make different varieties of vehicles some famous are Bolan, Alto and swift. They also produce motor cycles.
