INTRODUCTION
Career development plan is mainly defined as a written list which is inclusive of short-,
medium- and long-term goals. These goals are patterned by an individual in order to fulfil their
current as well as future job needs (Chow, Salleh and Ismail, 2017). Career development plan is
basically a planned sequence of informal and formal experience through which individual or
employee can gain advantage in terms of accomplishing their goals. The main purpose of this
plan is to reach to goals and aspirations in life with an effective planning process through which
individual can fulfils specific career goal. Present report is inclusive of a personal development
plan and career related goals along with SWOT analysis that help in accomplishing goals and
objectives of personality growth plan in an effective manner.
MAIN BODY
SWOT
It is a vital management tool that facilitates and ensure effective and systematic analysis
of all the key strengths and weakness of an individuals along with having analysis of current
opportunity and threats so that a better conclusion can be made about the skills and areas that
need to be develop and improve (Cilliers, 2018).

My key strengths comprise of having a
learning and adaptable attitude that enhance
my curiosity level and enables me to have
higher underdoing and knowledge level.
My time management skills are also my key
strength that makes me more discipline and
able to effectively in line my all activities
and task.
My organisation skill are also effective and
vital that supports enhanced level of

With respect to above SWOT analysis, a conclusion and analysis can be made by me that
I need to focus on my communication, team work, leadership and career management skill in
order to grab the opportunity of high employability that is currently present within the business
environment.

Short-term
To develop connection with mentor and find an internship to develop professional skill in
the time period of 1 month
Medium-term
To develop leadership, time management and team working skills in next 1 year.
Long term
To become a leader in management field in upcoming 5 years.

which is based upon values, awareness, reflection, goal setting and planning for personal
