EFFECTIVE LEADERSHIP PLAN3Introduction:Procedures of personal development plan is based on the learnings, reflections,knowledge, values, awareness for the betterment of career, education, relationship and self-improvement. Personal development is used for identifying opportunities foraligningjobduties with the employee’s personalgoals (McKenzie, 2017). This helps to invest in yourselfso that one can manage oneself effectively regardless of what life may bring in the way.Personal development plan is the key component for excellent lifestyle. It creates self-awareness, sense of direction, improved effectiveness and focus, help to increase motivationand gaining greater resilience (Drucker, 2017). With the improved personal developmentplan, more fulfilling relationship can be grown and ability to manage oneself in the variety ofsituation is increased. Personal development begins with the identification of personal values beliefs andpurpose of the goals which have been set to achieve. Chasing own objectives and goals leadto personal fulfilment and pleasure. Great opportunities for self-improvement and learningare provided by personal development process. This process gives scope for having sense ofdirection which helps to focus on the quality rather than quantity (Gresh et al., 2016). Withpure sense of direction one can eliminate all the distractions of the goals and get more clarityabout the goals. Aim: the aim of this report is to build a personal development plan which will help totransform the weaknesses into strengths within next five years. This PDP aims to identifyfactors in order to gain all-inclusive experience in the automobile industry, learning toresearch productively and efficiently so that a new business can be started and 360-degreedevelopment of self and career.
