In the present globalization, medical awareness or information is growing more and more
rapidly with a consistent evolution. This part of the discussion focus on the overall analysis of the
current state of nursing that is the strengths, opportunities, weakness and threats. The nursing
profession is experiencing a turning point of self-efficacy with the sing of exhaustion, which is
being one of the consequences.
