INTRODUCTION
Self-development could be referred to a personal type of responsibility for one’s own
learning as well as improvement in terms of process of assessments that could be taking for
specific action as well as reflection. Main goal of self-development is to meet potentials in terms
of professional and personal life. As in terms of personal development skills it could be referred
to different types of qualities and talents that could lead to have growth along with improving
level of personal development. This report is based on preparing for success at University
knowledge as well as creativity. This report includes discussion of development as a learner,
reflection of approach to future challenges along with meeting expectations of University course
along with its conclusion.
MAIN BODY
Explanation of development as a learner.
As I explain my development journey as a learner that by carrying out VARK question I am
able to define myself in terms of my development as a learner. As my carrying out this
questionnaire I am able to identify as a learner by having different qualities. So as being a
developed the learner I have performed this questionnaire in order to identify my personality in
terms of what I am learning as well as what type of individual I am so that my personality could
be enhanced in and more effective. As according to carry out my SWOT analysis I have
identified that I have good effective management skills as well as effective knowledge but my
areas of improvement are that I have lack of interest in having practical knowledge which is to
be improved along with that I can carry out my development in terms of grabbing opportunity of
using various motives that can enhance my working skills so that I could be developed as a
learner. Also along with that I have identified that I have a threat of interpersonal as well as
communication skills where identified that I lack in interacting with people easily and as a result
it could be sometimes misjudged. For that I have carried various learning log in which I have
identified my various activities that I did for enhancing my career path growth. As have carried
and participated on group discussions as well as presentations so that my communication and
interpersonal skills could be improved.
