INTRODUCTION
Principles of management is mainly defining about the methods and steps which helps
the business for achieving the goals and objectives in the business and results in attaining for
taking decisions. This report provide details about reflecting on comparing the traditional and
contemporary approaches to management. Also, specifying details based on the group project
and presentations.
MAIN BODY
Reflective study
While attending this module I have learned about the management approach mainly
including the traditional and contemporary. While learning and attending the module has helped
me in learning about being an effective manager in the future while handling all the complex
problems and attaining all the knowledge related to managing the uncertain conditions by
delegation the task and building the teams as for achieving the success while operating and
working in the company. With studying the traditional management approaches mainly helped in
providing deep understanding as for working in the stabilized manner for achieving the
efficiency in the company (Tan and et.al., 2022).
This helped me in developing and building the potential capability as to how efficiently
working and it assisted to enhance the capability for working as for increasing the productivity of
the company. While learning the traditional approaches also assisted me in building the deep
learning about emphasizing the effectiveness of communication (Bright and et.al., 2019). Further
which helped in attaining the goals and objectives as it has motivated as by developing the
understanding about using the traditional and management approaches in the uncertain and
complex situations and the dynamic business environment.
Further more, while attending this module it has also developed the deep understanding
about the learning with the theories of the traditional management approach includes the
scientific management, bureaucracy and the administrative. The learning from the scientific
theory helped me in analysing the use of methods which aid in efficiently producing the products
which leads in increasing productivity (Wang and et.al., 2022). Further more, the traditional
approaches mainly emphasising on learning about the seeking the hierarchical organisational and
achieving the bottom results with establishing the goal and working effective as for engaging and
motivating the individuals for learning and adopting changes in the company by increasing th

diverse and complex workplace for attaining growth and its performance (Valeri, 2021).
Moreover, I have learned from the contemporary management approaches about managing the
business and complex situations by planning , decision making and monitoring the business
activities as for accomplishing the gaols (Khanka and Gupta, 2022). While studying the concepts
and theories has assisted in developing deep understanding about managing the staff and
motivating as for participating while taking decisions and building relations with other
effectively which helps in attaining gaols. While attending this while module has helped in
developing skills including self management, communication, collaboration and thinking critical
which results in maximising and managing the business effectively in future for attaining
competitiveness while operating in the dynamic business environment (Hermelingmeier and von
Wirth, 2021). Also it has developed the ability to use these all approaches which helps in
managing the business with engaging, motivating and adapting changes and its complex
situations with using the capability with developing the wide managerial thoughts related to
various approaches.

Paper based management designed on the group project presentation
The group based presentation and the project is mainly defining about the grandmother of
Europe is the queen Victoria. At the beginning of the childhood she was born on 24 th may in the
Kenisigton palace situated in London. As a child she was mainly described as kind hearted
person inhabited with the natural beauty and gracefulness. In her early age of living her hobbies
is to regular read books and write dairies. At the early stages of her living she was dedicated and
passed living with love and luxury. As During her childhood she was raises with the close
supervision of her mother. While During the age of 18 she inhered with the throne due to her
parents and her fathers three elders brother death. The queen described about being miserably
alone during her childhood. Queen Victoria mainly loved to ballet dance, paint draw and enjoy
theatre, music. Also, travelling and singing around the seaside and around the country she loved
the most and she regularly attended opera. Her passion is to collect and gather wide range of
photographs of new arts. In the childhood she has passed her half of the living as the orpthin and
being controlled by Lord john Conroy. At her early ages she attained knowledge from the
eduction which is mainly confined with reading and writing and was mentored at home because
her father disliked school and learned different languages also studied the history and geography.

As For preparing queen become the queen she received the complex eduction. She became the
queen due to the death of her three uncles an her father died shortly after her birth with this she
became the head of the Thorne as she was the only daughter which was helped to establish
succession. As for becoming the queen with acquiring the complex education she has two of her
friends which were her governess and her dog. As queen Victoria was very intelligent and pretty
as acquired the throne with great responsibility.
With growing from the childhood, at the age of her 8 she receive the succession with
acquiring Thorne as from the quick death of her family member. At the time 1837 on 20 th June,
she was mainly told by the lord Chamberlain that with the death of her uncle she is being
recognised as the queen of Europe. This is mainly done while no member of the legitimate has
been survived from the family to acquire the throne. During the year 1838, the coronation
ceremony was held, in which the different members was present from the parliament and the
rime minister as for succeeding of various objectives which was ended with the parliament
session by including the Victoria to acquire the throne and t-he queen position in the Europe.
During her ceremony she was mainly guided by the Leopold king of Belgians and the Lord
Melbourne. With relying on every word said by both of these males these impacts and Victoria
sees them as father for gaining as for achieving the progression. The queen Victoria and her love
story was mainly recognized as the royal marriage as it was well-known for the royal in the
British history. She met her husband in the year when she was 16. They first met in the year
1836 on the 16 th Elizabeth birthday. In the initial meeting the have decided to get married as it
was love at first sight. With this she proposed Albert while she was visiting the second time at
the Windsor castle in Berkshire. They both got married when she was 21 and remained together
till 1861. In this year the Albert death made queen emotionally weak and devastated. They both
had 9 children with distinct personalities and behaviour including 5 girls and 4 boys. With
marrying with prince Albert, as he was her first cousin sharing the set of grandparents.
The prince was very handsome with blue eyes and with good features and sweet tone.
During the last years of queen Victoria she got disturbed from the war with South Africa and she
died in the year 1901. With her death she become the symbol of conducting the British empire as
a girl and he was buried at Windsor at the kent mausoleum, it is been viewed externally as it was
the last resting place of queen Victoria and prince Albert. As after the death of her husband and
her mother, the queen Victoria widowhood mainly described about involving into deep

depression over three years with this she remained silent and mourn in the partial retirement. Due
to the prince death she loss her identify as a wife and with this she remained as the popular
widow of windsor for many years.
Thus, with this presentation report I have learned and studied the details about the whole
life of queen Victoria and her living from childhood till her death and her widow period. This
helps in developing the deep understanding about designing the group project with managing
time and effectively working in teams. With this it helped in improving the team working and
researching skills which helps in managing the daily working and managing the time in effective
way (Beenen and et.al., 2021). Thus, with this group project it help in learning effective and
understanding different opinions by respecting every individual for completing the project on
time and handling all the complex problems which is faced while designing the presentation with
discussing thoughts.
CONCLUSION
From the able report it can be concluded that, with the reflective practice and the group
project helped in developing deeper understanding abut the principles of management and
various concept used for being and effective manager in the business to work and delegate
effectively. With learning from the management concepts and the principles will help in
planning, organizing and leading to effectively achieving the goals of the company which result
in attaining success.
