INTRODUCTION
Principles of management is mainly defining about the methods and steps which helps
the business for achieving the goals and objectives in the business and results in attaining for
taking decisions. This report provide details about reflecting on comparing the traditional and
contemporary approaches to management. Also, specifying details based on the group project
and presentations.
MAIN BODY
Reflective study
While attending this module I have learned about the management approach mainly
including the traditional and contemporary. While learning and attending the module has helped
me in learning about being an effective manager in the future while handling all the complex
problems and attaining all the knowledge related to managing the uncertain conditions by
delegation the task and building the teams as for achieving the success while operating and
working in the company. With studying the traditional management approaches mainly helped in
providing deep understanding as for working in the stabilized manner for achieving the
efficiency in the company (Tan and et.al., 2022).
This helped me in developing and building the potential capability as to how efficiently
working and it assisted to enhance the capability for working as for increasing the productivity of
the company. While learning the traditional approaches also assisted me in building the deep
learning about emphasizing the effectiveness of communication (Bright and et.al., 2019). Further
which helped in attaining the goals and objectives as it has motivated as by developing the
understanding about using the traditional and management approaches in the uncertain and
complex situations and the dynamic business environment.
Further more, while attending this module it has also developed the deep understanding
about the learning with the theories of the traditional management approach includes the
scientific management, bureaucracy and the administrative. The learning from the scientific
theory helped me in analysing the use of methods which aid in efficiently producing the products
which leads in increasing productivity (Wang and et.al., 2022). Further more, the traditional
approaches mainly emphasising on learning about the seeking the hierarchical organisational and
achieving the bottom results with establishing the goal and working effective as for engaging and
motivating the individuals for learning and adopting changes in the company by increasing th

motivating as for participating while taking decisions and building relations with other
effectively which helps in attaining gaols. While attending this while module has helped in
developing skills including self management, communication, collaboration and thinking critical
which results in maximising and managing the business effectively in future for attaining
competitiveness while operating in the dynamic business environment (Hermelingmeier and von
Wirth, 2021). Also it has developed the ability to use these all approaches which helps in
managing the business with engaging, motivating and adapting changes and its complex
situations with using the capability with developing the wide managerial thoughts related to
various approaches.

The group based presentation and the project is mainly defining about the grandmother of
Europe is the queen Victoria. At the beginning of the childhood she was born on 24 th may in the
Kenisigton palace situated in London. As a child she was mainly described as kind hearted
person inhabited with the natural beauty and gracefulness. In her early age of living her hobbies
is to regular read books and write dairies. At the early stages of her living she was dedicated and
passed living with love and luxury. As During her childhood she was raises with the close
supervision of her mother. While During the age of 18 she inhered with the throne due to her
parents and her fathers three elders brother death. The queen described about being miserably
alone during her childhood. Queen Victoria mainly loved to ballet dance, paint draw and enjoy
theatre, music. Also, travelling and singing around the seaside and around the country she loved
the most and she regularly attended opera. Her passion is to collect and gather wide range of
photographs of new arts. In the childhood she has passed her half of the living as the orpthin and
being controlled by Lord john Conroy. At her early ages she attained knowledge from the
