INTRODUCTIONThis report included two companies McDonald's and amazon. McDonald's in first taskwhereas amazon in second task. As McDonald's is one of the most famous food organisation onthe other hand amazon is the most famous retailer company which provides online facilities tothe customers. Addition to this report will describes the different roles and characteristics ofleaders and managers As both are the back bone of any organisation. Apart from this report willalso explain the roles of leader and manager of McDonald's in different situations. Furthermore,it also focuses on the functions of manager. Along with this it also describes the differentleadership styles which are following by the leader of McDonald's. Moreover, it also explain therole of operation manager in the amazon. Apart from this, it will explains the different keyapproaches of operation management. At the end report will describe the factors which impactupon the function of operation management in positive and negative manner.
