1. INTRODUCTION
This assessment is aim to provide the social and ethical responsibility towards fulfilling aims and
objective. This report is going to present 12 documents which contain the significant procedure
and planning to be a business manager. This portfolio will help in producing the management
skills and self responsibility towards organisation. It shows personal SWOT analysis PDP plan
for time management plan, writing skills and academic skills that an individual require to begin
its career into corporate world (Gheorghe, and Deaconu, 2018). Moreover this portfolio reflects
on personal development through assessing this document in order to improve skills and prepare
for a better future into an organisation. Therefore, the overall portfolio put emphasis on the
significance of responsibility to produce curriculum vitae and ready for an interview to get a
dream job.
2. Answer to the question: Specify the mini project workshops that you attended and
explain how and why they contributed towards the development of your social and
ethical awareness and responsibility.(500 words)
The mini project workshop contributed effectively in developing my social ethical
responsibility. If first talk about my development of social and ethical responsibility is begins by
involving self assessment into the project (Teng, 2021). These assessments help me to come up
with my own strength and weakness that is necessary to identify in order to cope up with
difficulty. This project helped me to find out my responsibility towards facing interview and
presenting myself for a business operator. By analyzing my strength and weakness I could easily
make time to overcome the weakness into opportunities. I could easily produce my CV by
keeping in mind the attributes and structure I need to follow (Maier, 2019). I analyze that writing
a cover letter is important to my responsibility towards by providing them concerns and my skills
which may be required into their organisation. So I found that my skills to prepare a cover letter
also it need to consist why and from when I am available from job into their organization. I fulfil
