In the modern world, technology has taken over the development of organizations.
Without the proper technology, it can be difficult for managers to plan strategically for the
growth of a company. At the same time, as stated by [2] employees benefit from technology
as it reduces the work pressure. The most significant contribution made in the world of
technology has been towards the development of Artificial Intelligence since it replicates any
work without having the assistance of human beings.
Therefore, people can utilize the assessment to utilize the technological advances.
According to [1], project managers can utilize Artificial Intelligence to enhance the services it
provides. The project managers can identify ways that help the machine technology to
provide service delivery.
The use of Artificial Intelligence in the management of the different kinds of the
projects helps the management to perform the different types of the regular activities
smoothly and paves the way for the proper administration of the projects. The insights are
uncovered through the efficient use of artificial intelligence process, perform different kinds
of the complex tasks of the business, provide the necessary recommendations and make a
different type of business decisions accordingly. The level of the science provided by
Artificial Intelligence system also helps the project to be precise and attain the different kinds
of the goals of the business. The management of the organizations use the CHATBOT’s like
