1. Introduction
Reflective writing is one of the creative ways to learn from the experience that this piece of work
will be included while presenting personal experience with the consultancy plan project.
Through this experience, the major learning and areas for improvement would be included in the
report using one of the popular reflective models. The reflection is done on the sterling
consultancy of new Preston box market. The market was popular for various types of goods that
were demolished by the government, as the building was too old and not in better condition. The
area is to be established again with the offering for the customers to have fresh and organic
goods at one roof for which the plan will be included in the report (placenorthwest, 2019).
2. Reflection
David Kolb’s reflective cycle present the reflection through four different steps or stages. This
includes concrete experience as the initial stage where my experience with the group project
would be included; another stage is reflective observation where the feelings before the
experience, at time of the experience taken would be included. The third stage comes abstract
conceptualization where the major learning from the experience or the reflection would be
included and the last stage would be active experimentation which would include the aspects that
I major learning that I would be using or experimenting in near future (Sharpio, 2016).
