It discovers the new managing task and developing new goalsand objectives for the development process. In order to develop career development plan for myself, I need to develop my own skill audit to identify my own strength and weaknesses results. Personal skill audit is very good way for an me to identify my skills and strength todevelop in a healthy atmosphere (Carnall, 2018). It has been proven very useful for people tokeep themselves on the career track mainly ambitious manager and entrepreneurs. The personalskill audit depends on the area of business which individual working for. For making personalskill audit, I need to evaluate my own attributes and skills required for a better and bright career.In order to perform and achieve my long term objective or target. To get my future goals, I needto perform or achieved by skills and knowledge accordingly. According to them, in order toperform or making personal development plan. I need to determine my SWOT analysis toidentify or measuring strength, weaknesses, opportunity and threat.
