Component 1;
The question as well as the issues related to a global health promotion shaped my
thinking of what a patient face. My friend’s reflection on these issues influenced my thinking
methodology. It is our responsibility that we keep the patient educated about the medical
circumstance he is in and also guide them to lead a healthy life style. To educate the society we
have to come out of its traditional methodology and take new roads to make them more aware of
the issues that a normal person faces in day to day life. The factor of age, gender, sex and
location determines a healthy habit in a person. To reach all levels of society we have to consider
the medical conditions of all type with or without our educational knowledge and thus to support
it we have to do promotions. The answers to the entire question have broadened my thinking
about healthy life style. Issues addressed are very common in a normal day to day life (Chien, &
Yick, 2016). The way we perceive the problems by expanding our learning and experimenting on
the ideas of teaching healthy habits. I learned the importance of collaboration in assisting health
issue of individual or community.
Component 2;
It is very important that healthy habits are promoted in all the corners of the country. A
healthy living induces a healthy society. Mind, body and soul are 3 most important components
of a human being, keeping them happy and healthy is the individual duty. As a representative in
medical field it becomes my duty to educate the community and individuals about the benefits of
healthy living. By prioritizing the global health issue will make my journey easier. The global
health issue is a set of medical complication that affects a people at different demography of the
world (Cruz, 2017)
Challenges that I may face while promoting health promotions.
Assuming something based on my personal knowledge or experience - It can be
possible that by looking, talking or addressing an issue I may assume many things which actually
not the part of the problem. This is a normal tendency of a human to relate things to own self
based on past experience. Thus I have to be cautious while addressing anyone’s issue.

Enforcing my ideas without properly accessing the situation- being a medical
personal I may try to enforce my idea of healthy living without correctly measuring the
capability of the individual or the community. It may happen that I may face different type of
community every time. Based on their past records, sex, gender and economical status I should
educate them. They may need more education on obesity and diabetes rather than HIV or Cancer
(Jarrar, 2019).
Instead of pointing on the weakness, I need to make a tendency of focusing on the
strength. If accessing an individual who is suffering I need to develop a positive attitude to
discuss only about his strengths and not his weakness (Numminen, 2016).
To successfully achieve the promotional objective the task has to be implemented
correctly. To move together to achieve positive teaching and learning in any situation. To be
calm, composed and clear is a biggest challenge as this duty is not easy. Promotional activities
can be casual or personal depending on the issue as addressed. The purpose is to succeed in
influencing the person to adapt a correct way of living (Kelly, 2017).
Component 3:
To address my personal challenges I need to strengthen my communication skills. Being
into a medical profession I should be confident in my communication style. There are situation
when we need to be very strong and composed to answer questions to the patients. We have to
make sure that our patient is understood by others. Another challenge is emotional stability that
combines stable self emotion. Nursing is a stressful job it requires a lot of self compositions
before accessing a patients. The work is not easy we have to address the problems of others so
we need to have emotional stability so that we can handle all situations. To be flexible in taking
responsibilities or working some hours more. We have fluctuating shifts and sometimes the work
calls for a tough job to be accomplished (Lu, 2015).
The outcome of the learning is to become a better nurse and a better person who is
benefiting the society. I will be a better nurse and excelling in the job by performing well. To be
a dutiful medical personal who will achieve the goal.
