Introduction

receive welfare services accordingly.
Problem
There are issues pertaining to the access to health care for certain groups of people
accordingly. The beneficiaries would be mainly the ones who are limited in the aspects
pertaining to the command over the English language. As a result, the policies and
recommendations are to be made accordingly.
