by doctors and specialists at healthy lifestyle social healthcare center to boost their spirits and

Theories and models of social healthcare Psychodyanmic theory- This theory refers to explanation that childhood experiences and
events shape personality by patents mind association of present happenings. Such people
are treated by psychoanalysis, therapy which reveals unconscious thoughts and desires
which shape patients mind thoughts captivity. Sessions should be held where they can
build strong understanding between doctors and patients. Childhood experiences often
leave large implications on patients mind, where any negative trait learned by friends or
family can lead to distraught in present life (McKenna, Mortimer and Hodges, 2019). Trans-personal theory- This theory refers to additional stages of persons development in
adult ego where they can contribute wisdom, creativity and healthy ego development
with positive attitudes towards life. Donna needs to attend various therapy session where
we will be taking meditation practices enhancing positive outlook, and reduce fears and
depression from her life. Personality traits are deeply analyzed and skills which interest
their talents like reading novels, music or walking at gardens to bring their physical
strength back in action. Narrative therapy model- This social work practice model examines patients life story by
handling sessions where they are counseled with free conversations with counselors and
doctors. Clive will be encouraged to fight depression by increasing skills and interests
here he can mold his addiction to drugs effectively. Narrative theory will enable him to
share his experience and fights of depression with drug abuse and convey his problems to
counselors freely.
Cognitive behavioral theory- This theory enables healthcare practitioners and doctors ti
establish clear understanding between thoughts and behavior patterns, identify the
parameters which influence emotions. Donna will be attended by doctors where this
model will enable the to establish connectivity with mind working pattern and
physiological factors which trigger fear. Schizophrenia has made her mind week to
respond with new changes come into her body due to birth of Lola, breastfeeding other
physical changes has also increased fear and fatigue ton respond quickly to changing

their personal surroundings. Patients of this disease are sensitive to their nearby happenings and
cannot control their emotions positively. They shall immediately seek counseling and therapy

highly consider the ethical values of hospitality and develop sensitivity towards patients, the
ambulances and emergency wards should maintain cleanliness standards for serving effective
multi-agency practices.
