professional life. The test measures the important aspects are mind, energy, nature, tactics and

The score that I received in this test was 51% in terms of the mind considering
extraverted or introverted. The energy score was 58%. The nature score was 53%. The tactics

a) Incident 1
One of the incidents that occurred within the workplace was in regards to my work role. I
faced a situation where I and my colleague came into conflict in regard to the work division that
was supposed to be done concerning a project. To resolve this conflict I had a long word with my
colleague in regards to the issues that were faced. In the end I was able to resolve the issue
through effective adjustment. I adjusted my work and convinced my colleague to make
adjustments on his behalf to effectively continue with the job. I and my colleague had to reach a
consensus in regards to the things that needed to be done. This required me to negotiate
effectively with my colleague to identify his issues. I identified that actual problems that he had
and created an effective way of coming to a mutually acceptable resolution. This actually helped
