used in storing data
Data would die at this particular stage, since, organizations, businesses and individual would set
amount of data but they would not know what to do with. Data science then would come into
rescue to help provide useful information.

Effective means of communicating the information would through pictures. Since, seeing
something in a different way would change someone’s understanding on the same thing.
Computation would allow you know parent things that were not available before.
Analysis
This would occur after recognizing the parents, then through analysis you can extract the
information and convert it into intelligent
Action
It involves leverage of new form of intelligent that adds new value, which simply allows one to
act.

Introduction
The power of data life cycle would be effectively employed on the gift shop in South Australia
which mainly involves in purchasing individual goods, for the owner of the shop to buy enough
stock with popular name that would allow the stock to be all sold.
Data storage
Storage option
The best storage option for storing large group of files such as these would be cloud storage,
which would be regarded as a cloud model used for computing where data would be stored on
cloud servers that could be easily accessed from sources of internet or even cloud. Cloud storage
would require maintenance, operation and management that would be done by cloud storage
provider.
The cloud server that help identify a cloud storage would be built, held and would be delivered
only through clouds platforms that happens on the internet. The servers have same characteristics
ad functions as typical servers, with the only difference on how they would be accessed on cloud
service providers (Chen, Erickson, Silyaev, Trerise and Kellerman, Broadcom Corp, 2015)
The cloud storage would work under virtualization of data center, where the end users would be
provided and virtual storage applications would be scaled according to the requirement of the
application (Kamara and Lauter, 2010).
The cloud storage would operate through API web based; API would be implemented on the
basis of interaction of the end user in the cloud infrastructure storage for both the input and
output and operation of the read and write (Lopes, Franz, Kazi, Donaldson, Morri. and Bader,
2010).
The core objective of using this type of storage would be;
Safety of important files would be considered, where incase of any distance that might
occur, there would be no damage or misplacement or file getting lost
The cloud would help store bulky documents that would not be possible to be send
through emails
The cloud storage also help in sharing document files and backup to data, furthermore,
easier sharing and accessing the files.
