INTRODUCTIONTo run business according to the global economy it is important that firm gives higherproductivity commodities which can enhance and give competitive advantage to companies. Inorder to grow bigger in market area it is crucial that firm selects eligible candidates who can helporganisation in performing in an effective manner by considering all the aspects that are presentat market area. Whirlpool is the organisation which deals in electronic sector, and gives excellentservices and facilities to its clients. Report will cover certain aspect like analysing skills,knowledge and behaviour which is required by HR professionals for operating business. Alongwith this, factors are being considered while introducing and analysing inclusive learning anddevelopment in order to drive sustainable business performance is included in this (Belbin,2012). Lastly, evaluation of performance management, collaboration of working with effectivecommunication that can support high-performance culture and commitment is included in thisassignment. TASK 1P1. It isone among the largest manufacturer of home appliances in world. According to the givenscenario, employees of the NAR(North America Region) were the reason of company crisis.Exceptional performance of employees can be raised by opting few skills such as: transparentcommunication, Mutual respect, Extraordinary Goals and by sharing accountability towardsresult (Blandford, 2012). As per the requirement of the situation, Human resources manager ofthis company is required to have appropriate skills and behaviour. Skills required by HR professionalsHR manager is the most essential part of the organisation. In the modern scenarioresponsibility of the HR is not only limited to hiring. HR Manager of whirlpool is required tohave various skills like communication, multitasking, conflict resolver etc. to manage large no.of employees . And these skills are discussed as below: Conflict Management: When a large number of employees are working in anorganisation, it is one of the major issue which have to be tackled by Human resource
manager of whirlpool cooperation. For resolving issues, he needs to have certainfollowing key skills like patience, negotiation which supports him dealing the conditionwith maturity in respectful manner. Communication: HR professional of the Whirlpool requires strong oral as well as writtencommunication skill which is beneficial for conveying correct and clear information tothe employees (Frost and Durrant, 2013). Communication can be in the form of emails,notice, an exit notice for employee. HR is always required to have comfortable & politespeaking which supports employees in sharing their problem with him. Knowledge possessed by HR professionalsHR professional of the Whirlpool needs to possess deep knowledge of theoretical as wellas practical of the human resource subject which helps him in his day to day activities like timemanagement, self-discipline, trustworthy, training & development. Some of them are discussedbelow: Knowledge of Time management: As being the HR professional of the Whirlpoolcorporation. It is required to have proper knowledge of time management. HR have tolots of work in his regular working routine but there are various uncertain issues whicharises in organization that requires quick attention. Appropriate knowledge of timemanagement is necessary to deal with these situations.Knowledge of managing financial information: HR professional should know to operatethe numerous financial values like bonus, salaries which are required to manage in anappropriate manner with confidentiality (Goodwin, and et. al., 2014).Behaviour required by human resource professionals:Human resource professional of whirlpool corporation's behaviour must be curious,collaborative, high influencer, role model, decisive thinker types who encourages whole team &employees to support organisation in their business development.
