2 INTRODUCTIONEthics is the set of rules which tells about what is right and what is wrong. Today, it is theresponsibility of every organisation to adopt fair practices to run the business. In this presentreport, it will discuss about the Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSR) of Bloor HomesLimited. It is a consultant firm which provides training solution for engineering, procurement,business process, project management and constructions, ship building and manufacturing sector.As a consultant of Greenleaf consulting firm, my responsibility is to give advice about the ethicsand corporate social responsibility so that they work in healthy environment without taking anyunfair trade practices. Present report will discuss about the current policies and position of Clientin terms of ethics. Furthermore, the advantages of this layout to the company and theresponsibilities of management towards the ethics and corporate social responsibilities will alsobe taken into consideration. On the other side, it will discuss the theory of values through whichBloor Homes limited company manage their responsible management. Present report based onthe ethical issues. Bloor Homes builders should adopt following ethical environment which ismention in this report. Furthermore, it will explain the important areas for the company toconsider when they consider CSR responsibilities such as ethical supply chains, environmentsustainable and 3 Responsibilities management and CSRCorporate Social Responsibilities is a form of corporate business model. Itcontains values, roles and responsibilities of management towards the society. It is typeof corporate self-regulation. As a consultant, it's my responsibility to give suggestion onthe topic of CSR, so that company can manage their policies accordingly. Bloor Homesbuilders CSR policies includes: Bloor Homes builders carry regular internal audit to ensure that they always follow thehealth and safety regulations(Carroll and Buchholtz, 2014).Their quality and investments always give positive impact on growth and customersatisfaction. Bloor Homes builders always support local communities through charity, religiousestablishments etc. Bloor Homes builders should consider social welfare as on priority basis. 1

Greenleaf clients also help to maintain its position in the market like one of the client ofGreenleaf is Bloor Homes limited. They also create job opportunities for talented youth within the event industries. Theyadvertised different jobs and looking for new joining. Bloor Homes buildersshould committed to their statement with the customers. Theyalso promote energy-saving and waste reduction.These are the CSR policies of the Bloor Homes builders which should necessary toimplied. CSR is necessary to adopt, it helps to maintain the good image in market or infront of the customers, clients, suppliers. Company should adopt these fair practise tomaintain its long term sustainability (Carroll, 2015 ). The reasons behind adopting CSRare given below:Every employee of an organisation wants their company to be socially responsible.Employee are more concerned about the external environment. Otherwise, they don'tinterested to do work with those companies, So that to adopt talented staff Organisationshould adopt fair practises and always maintain the society happy. 83% employeesleaving their jobs if their employer used child lobar. On the other side according to theresearch that employee wants from their employer to give charity and helps to buildreligion establishments (Chin, Hambrick and Treviño, 2013). Customers always deal with those companies who are well managed and their activitiestowards the society is good. Clients also check the image and reputation of the companybefore dealing. 88% customers think that company should need to achieve their businessgoals by improving the external environment. Organisation should adopt CSR practices to build competitive immunity. It helpsorganisation to make sustainable position in the long-term market. CSR is the factorthrough which company accomplish their long-term target (Ciulla ed., 2014). Organisation should adopt ethical values to maintain the economy positive. It needs tohelp economy by giving new services job opportunities and social values. Organisation needs to adopt ethical values to maintain the company standard in front ofthe customers. Management is responsibility is ton abide all rules and regulations, so thatthey give benefits to the customers. 2
