Introduction
The foreign policy of the United States of America in the recent past has been dogged with
various kinds of issues. As a result, there have been controversies with regard to the external
affairs of the United States of America to a huge level. As a result, it has drawn criticism
from the international media to a massive extent. For example, the aspect pertaining to war
on terror has led to the allegations of various kinds of human rights violations being carried

States of America (Breslauer, 2019). After the end of the Second World War, it played an
essential role with regard to the establishment of the United Nations as far as promotion of
international peace in the desired manner is concerned accordingly. It has signed trade
agreements with various countries in order to promote trade relations as far as their economic
development is concerned with regard to foreign investments. The treaties signed by the
United States of America involve various aspects and subject matters as far as the resolution
of international disputes are concerned accordingly by interpreting the clauses of the treaty in
a proper (Cox and Stokes, 2018). The main objectives of the treaties and conventions imply
the forging of relationships between the United States of America and other countries in
various aspects accordingly as far as the economic interests of the United States of America
is concerned. These treaties are also objected to promote international peace such as ban on
the nuclear weapons as far as the Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty and the Worldwide
Chemical Weapons Convention are concerned accordingly. In this aspect, the Kremlin
