Introduction
I am a student of Information Technology (IT) specializing in Application Development.
This is an area that has dedicated my tie to study because I have had a strong passion for it. I got
an opportunity to conduct two interviews in which I asked my interviewees various questions
pertaining to the employment opportunities, how to enter the job market, fit in, and build one’s
career to higher levels. This information would update me and adequately prepare me as I plan to
complete my studies and join the market as an Application Development specialist.
1st Interviewee
The first interview was conducted on June 2, 2019. Here, I was privileged to engage Mr.
J.R. Magadha. I settled on Magadha because he is an application developer whom I have known
for many years. It never took me a lot of time to get his contacts because I have known for some
time. What I did was to go to my uncle, his friend, got his telephone number, called, and told him
about my plan to interview him. I was delighted because of his cooperation and acceptance to
meet me. The 40-minute long interview was organized three days later as scheduled. I made
travel arrangements using the Uber Taxi Services.
