2.1 How I planned to gather and document lessons learnt
When…
I planned to identify and collect
lessons learnt
Who…
I planned to involve in the
process of gathering lessons
How…
I planned to document lessons
During the conduction of
the study over the
implementation of the SAP
system, I had gathered an
understanding of the
different uses of the
technical aspects.
During this project, I had
planned to form a team
with my few friends. I had
gathered an understanding
of the critical aspects that
need to be covered in the
study.
During the process of SAP
implementation project, I
researched over the
various uses of such kind
of technology in the
industry. I had also
researched over the fact
based on budget
calculation for the project,
estimating the time taken
to be completed for the
project.
2.2 What actually happened?
When...
I identified and collected lessons
learnt
Who…
I involved in the process of
gathering lessons
How…
I documented lessons
During the study over the
project, I had seen that
during the documenting of
the project, there were
some critical problems that
were arising in the phase
of documentation.
During performing of plans
with teams, I had learnt
that teamwork should be
considered as critical for
the project aspects. The
team needs to be highly
dedicated in order to bring
in the best kind of efforts.
I documented the lessons
based on performing the
activities over the project.
There were different

executed during the
preparing of the project.

3. What I learnt from
reflecting on the situation
Choosing and seeking
permission from the local
organisation for the
implementation of the SAP
project
During the phase of
choosing of the local
organisation, it can be
described as a critical task.
However, the task was
challenging when we had
to seek permission from
the local organisation
about choosing of the
proper platform.
From the lesson learnt from
the situation, it could be
described that the plan for
choosing the organisation
should had been done prior
to the designing of the project
plan. Seeking permission
from the organisation could
be described as critical for
implementing the project
plan.

reflecting on the situation
Introducing a training

making use of the SAP

Based on proposing a plan
for the implementation of a
training program, the
management of the

the plan. This situation
made me feel happy as our
team had got the chance to

the best possible way.
After reflecting on the
scenario, I had learnt that a
training program was highly
necessary to meet the
necessities of the job.
