INTRODUCTION
Health and Social care practitioner must follow different rules, laws and policy as it
should be ethical practice as well. The present report will be exploring legal framework in health
and social care with practitioners operation with appropriate description. Further, it will be
presenting relationship among key legislation and national policy with direct relevance for health
and social care practice (Ventola, 2014). This report will represent comparison among
organizational and national policy against standards of national legislation with impact on health
and social care practice. In the similar aspect, there will be explanation amount specific
international and national human rights law which will directly influence and inform about equal
and fair treatment of others in health, care or support services. There will be implementation of
different and relevant legislation and policy and notion of equity with practice of safeguarding

workers and also in social and health care, such are:

work areas safety and health in UK (Harriss, and Atkinson, 2015). According to this law
government purpose is to provide welfare services to employees, employers, leaders, mangers
and owner in the organisation Werther they are performing their work performance in same
platform. In business sector health and safety is the main concern for workers. There are many
other laws or act create by the legislation specifically. This can be changed according to
customers, employees or other staff members conditions or situations in firm.
Organisation provide training to their employees to ensure safety and health activity that
