Executive summary
The report is focussed on the aspects pertaining to leadership in the organization as far as its
modus operandi is concerned along with the concept of change management. The
organization in the case study is the Homerton University Hospital. The aspects pertaining to
resistance to change has also been incorporated accordingly with reference to the effect it has
on the stakeholders involved in the Homerton University Hospital and the steps and measures
to be undertaken in order to overcome such kinds of issues accordingly.
