Problem Statement
Homelessness has been among the major problems that are facing various personalities
who are known to be situated in various parts of the world. Moreover, the problem has been
increasing almost on a daily basis as a result of various issues that people have been able to
experience in their daily lives most so in this current century (Avage, 2016). A wide range of
children together with women have been able to undergo various conditions that are related to
homelessness thus making them to be subjected to very harsh conditions of life where they
cannot even be able to meet their daily needs (Byrne, Montgomery & Fargo, 2016). Moreover,
one of the major causes attached to increased rate of street families is the issue of homelessness
that has currently spread in all levels including regional, national and even the international level.
It is an issue that has raised an alarm to various relevant organizations together with several other
government bodies since it is currently approaching a state where it is likely to bring on board
quite a number of challenges thus making it very difficult to handle (Evans, Sullivan &
Wallskog, 2016). Violence acts as one of the major factors that has been contributing towards a
high rise of homelessness across various populations thus forcing them to flee away from their
homes leaving behind their homes together with a wide variety of their properties that they can
use for survival. Various governments therefore need to clearly come on board and be able to
eradicate any form of violence taking place across various individuals thereby eradicating the
occurrence of homelessness that they are currently undergoing.

Significance
The entire study is known to have one of the most essential roles that is strongly attached
to filling the gap known to be related to the entire situation. By critically analyzing and
comparing various situations and parameters, the entire study will be able to come up with
adequate and reliable results that is well connected to the entire situation thereby coming up with
a wide range of recommendations that will be able to provide and curate guidance pertaining
what should be done with an intention of doing away with the entire situation thus making it
much easier for the whole study to fill the gap that is known to have the capability of affecting a
wide range of personalities irrespective of their age, background or even skin color.
The entire research also has the capability of fully supporting various aspects of
professional practice. It will do this by providing a wide range of relevant information that is
well presented in quantitative analysis to various professionalisms thus giving them an easy time
to analyze what has been taking place within the area of study so that they can be able to come
up with one of the most reliable conclusions pertaining what they have been able to read in
relation to various aspects that are known to be attached to homelessness amongst various
populations who are known to be living in various localities.
Coming up with adequate and potential findings is known to have the capability of
leading towards the emergence of a positive social change since there will be the provision of

intention of promoting the eradication of violence across various boundaries. On the other hand,
the study is that it aims towards carrying out a wide range of analysis pertaining some of the
major factors that have been able to lead to the emergence of homelessness across various
individuals thus making it much easier to implement various reasonable recommendations that
will help to eradicate any further occurrence of this problem across various personalities who are
likely to experience it as a result of various factors that are known to be existing within the
surrounding environment
Background
The issue of homelessness among various individuals is currently on the rise when
compared to its initial state that could be seen over the past years. It was an issue to started
without anyone having an appropriate knowledge regarding some of the effects that it is likely to
bring onboard most so when it is not adequately addressed (Jetelina et al., 2016). Moreover, this
century is known to be attached to a wide range of issues more of which have the capability of
negatively affecting the way various people are living within the surrounding environment.
Violence is a negative factor that normally emerges due to various reasons (Pinkler et al., 2016).
One of the negative effects that is associated with it is that it majorly contributes towards an
increased rate of homelessness that is being experienced across various groups of individuals.
Over the past years, various individuals have been able to engage themselves in serious
conditions of violence as a result of various issues (Tsai et al., 2017). Some of the major issues
that have been able to lead to the emergence of violence have been; political differences,
competition of various types of resources together with corruption and ethnicity (Rosenheck &
Scivoletto, 2016). These factors have been able to make various personalities to engage in

serious forms of violence thereby making others to run away to places that they feel are much
safer for their lives. Unfortunately, they end up not acquiring any settlements in those areas that
they move in but instead, they will be viewed as displaced individuals who do not belong to that
area at all (Shalen, Patts, Weinberg & Philippides, 2016). This has been able to make such
individuals to experience difficulties in acquiring even job opportunities that they can depend on
for their survival thus leaving them with only one choice of moving to the streets as a results of
being homeless. In some occasions, different leaders have also been accused of playing an
essential role towards the increased rate of homelessness being encountered by various
individuals. One of their mandates is always to make sure that these people are capable of living
in a better state and in a peaceful manner since it is their rights, unfortunately, these leaders fail
to address their roles in a reasonable manner but instead they end up assuming such situations by
taking no actions through unreasonable conditions of assumptions. This therefore leads to an
increased rate of homelessness across various individuals who end up suffering even more
compared to the leaders themselves.
Framework (Conceptual or Theoretical)
The research design will be carried out through the analysis and comparison of various
parameters in order to bring a clear meaning of what need to be done in relation to the
implementation of various aspects of ethical considerations that are capable of providing an
appropriate guideline on what needs to be done (Tsai, 2017). Moreover, there are a wide variety
of techniques that will be used in the investigation of the research problem. The research aims
towards implementing the use of questionnaires that will be given to different individuals for
them to answer the questions in relation to their perceptions that are attached to the issues of

homelessness. Additionally, there will be the use of experiments regarding various situations.
Finally, the analysis of the entire problem will be carried out under strict conditions of ethical

Nature of the Study
There are a wide variety of approaches that will be used to analyze all the research
questions to ensure that appropriate results are obtained within the stipulated time frame thereby
making it much easier to come on board with a set of appropriate recommendations that can be
fully relied upon. The major approach that will be used to address the research questions will
fully involve the use of mixed methods that will be primarily quantitative and will be specifically
used for either sequential, concurrent or even transformative study purposes with a full focus
geared towards the direction of various types of quantitative analysis. The entire approach aligns
with the problem statement in such a way that it will be able to highlight some of the loopholes
that are known to be existing within the problem thus providing one of the best solutions.

will be accessed to address the research questions majorly include the senior government
officials in specific departments.
Limitations, Challenges, and/or Barriers
There are various types of limitations that are likely to be addressed when conducting the
whole of this study thus making sure that appropriate and reliable outcome are attained. One of
them may include the access to participants where at some point the participants may not be
available since they might be busy with their personal issues thus making it much difficult to
collect information from them. Additionally, at some point, there might be difficulties in
accessing various forms of data thus preventing the study from coming up with an appropriate
outcome (Jetelina et al., 2016). Finally, at some point various research parameters might appear
to be very expensive thus providing on of the hardest time possible to carry out a wide range of
research in relation to be topic of study in order to carry out a proper analysis pertaining the
