As they are operating largerscale services with help of so many employees and it is clear that how much a corporation islarge its management issues are also to be wide. this project includes that issues related torecruitment, selection, organizing, controllingand staffing. other then this poor qualityperformance of employees etc. these are some problems that are currently facing by managementof TESCO company. This retail store is a large scale association and it has an expert to get ridout of this kind of situations.INTRODUCTIONManagement has worked in an organisation to run several activities like controlling,leading, planning, organizing and monitoring of all business operation with in a work place.Management is a key person in a company to take responsibility of every department. They makeplan and strategies to implementing business operation effectively, so they can gain competitiveadvantages at work place. Company face many problem related to business management likerecruitment process, strategies execution and planing management etc. In this report TESCOcompany has used for analysing business management issues with in a work place. TESCO is amultinational UK based grocery company. Their headquarter located in Welwyn Garden city,Hertfordshire, UK. It has run their business operation across Asia and Europe. TESCO hasgrocery market leader in UK and open their store in 12 another countries(Narayana, Pati andVrat, 2012). In this given report identify several management issues and carry out research onthese issues to find out their relevance with firms. In this research choose appropriate researchmethod to draw a valid concussion.2
LITERATURE REVIEWTo identify various management issues at work placeManagement share perks and reward with their other employees. Manager has influencedemployees behaviour as well as provide motivation to them. In an organisation manger hasreceived better compensation as compare to other employees and need not to sit in a cubicle.They have role and responsibility regarding planning, controlling, directing etc. for operatingbusiness operation in a very effective manner in order to gain high market share. They face manyproblem regarding work, role and responsibility with in a firm. Some important issues face bymanagement are as follows:Confronting employees performance problem:Management face responsible for theemployees performance so they focus on hiring good applicants and provide effective trainingand development program for increase productivity and learnings. For this they have hire or giveresponsivity to training employees to trainer and support them on very aspects(Bray andBouchard, 2014).Making right hiring decision:Management face problem related to hiring talentedemployees as well as their all recruitment process. Many time this process has influenced byexternal and internal forces like recontamination of employees recruitment by politicians. HRmangers has follow firm guidance for hiring and selecting new employees with in a work place.But some time human resource managers can use their own strategies and plan that createproblem for management to understand new hiring process is a right or wrong for anorganisation.Attracting new employees:Management use several market tools for promoting andadvertising job vacancies. Employees are applying for job in firm by analysing companyperformance record as well as their market image. So that is the management responsibility tomaintain their firm Positive image at market place: That is the management responsibility makepositive image at a market place.Employees performance:Slow work process and poor customers services are the majorproblem of business management.
