3 Organise personal work priorities and development Managing overload 1) As a manager of the store, John faces huge issues to manage his time. There are only 3 staff members excluding john at the store who attend the customers. They are also liable for making the database and send the report to the head office. From them, 2 staff members who used to attend the customers are absent for two weeks and the other staff who is associated with performing different tasks such as maintaining database and accounts is not efficient in her work, these problems create an extra workload on John. For this reason, John is facing issues to manage everything such as handling customers and counters, creating a report to fill up stocks. 2) For managing time, John could sub-segment the entire tasks that he needs to perform in the stores and then he must prioritise the tasks based on its importance. Along with that, John needs to organise the work commitment from the employees so that they can ensure that the deadlines are met. Communicate with the manager to describe the issues and ask the managers for additional recruitments are also important (De Harlez & Malagueno, 2016). For increasing efficiencies in the job, John needs to identify the sources of stress and then it needs to be mitigated. 2.1) for completing the tasks within its pre-defined timeframes, segment the entire tasks with efficiencies is important (Anstey, Fletcher & Walker, 2017). Then it is needed to be prioritised based on the importance of it. After that, these tasks need to be completed based on the priorities so that the entire functions can be achieved with efficiencies. 2.2) For planning and organising the work commitment; John needs to take responsibility from the staffs that they will perform their job with capabilities. Moreover, John must complete his daily report for the stocks so that it cannot create any extra workload on him while he will complete the entire report in a single day. Offer better training to the staff so that they can efficiently handle the customer query (Vincent & Maxwell, 2016). Along with that, John must allocate the list of holidays so that any staff cannot be absent for a longer time. 2.3) John need to develop a good knowledge of spreadsheet-based software so that John can create a report for the upcoming week's stocks. Moreover, John needs to have a better understanding of the database handling to input the items that have been bought by the customers.

John could use better-written communication skills to inform the manager, or he could hold a meeting to report the facts to the manager. John needs to report the issues that he is currently facing due to the lesser presence of the staff and inefficiencies of staff so that he can achieve the necessary recommendation from the managers. 2.5) For ensuring the feedback on his performance, John need to encourage the colleagues in the stores to provide rating to John based on different parameters such as his attendance, job performance and capability to handle customers (Wykeset al.2015). John should supply a feedback form to the customers to identify the performance of the stores so that from the fact, John can evaluate his performance. 2.6) John need to monitor the daily performance of the staff so that he can determine the actual performance of eth staff. After that, John needs to develop the improvements that could be applied to the performance of the staffs. After that, John must communicate group goals that the employees need to achieve (Pateman & Williment, 2016). Along with that, John must talk the individual improvements strategies to the staff so that they can make the individual and group goal. John must develop a reward scheme for the employees so that the employees can be motivated to achieve the goal. 2.7) the thing that is creating stress on John is the overwork. Therefore, John must sit and think about the works that are creating overpressure on him. After that, he must divide the demands on the staff so that it cannot create extra pressure on him. John must give some time for him so that he can balance his work and family life. Spending time with family or yoga can be an effective solution to reduce stress. 2.8) For assessing the need for development, John need to list down every type of tasks that are available in the stores. After that, he needs to determine the functions that cannot be performed by him. In that context, John has encountered that John does not have any practical IT-related skills. In the stores, Paula is the person who has practical IT skills so that John need to take advice from Paula so that John can perform IT-related tasks of the organisation. Managing stress:

5 Organise personal work priorities and development 1) for resolving the importance of the particular colleague who is facing pressure due to overwork, it is always necessary to offer some additional support to the colleague so that the colleague can get his job done in a speedier way (Jackson & Wilton, 2016). Additionally, performing one of the tasks of the colleague is also necessary. Offering a schedule of the tasks along with allocated time can also be one of eth way to resolve the issue. 2) For solving the problem, providing support to the colleague is highly essential so that the colleague can complete his tasks at the office. Moreover, giving help to the colleague by completing some parts of the colleague is necessary for resolving the issue (Scase & Goffee, 2017). Advising the colleague is required to stop using email or social media during the office time so that the concentration cannot be broken. 3) At first, showing friendly behaviour with the colleague is necessary so that the colleague can share issues. After that, it is essential to offer the colleague some advice that it is not required for him or her in spending more time at the office. This is because it is necessary for them in spending time at their home so that the relationship with the partner cannot be broken. Managing development needs: 1) Beau has some issues in using the presentation software, so in most of the cases, he develops a presentation that is not formatted correctly. Moreover, the other problem that is faced by them is managing time to complete every work assigned to him (Serrat, 2017). Therefore, it is necessary for Beau in facilitating personal development to improve his time management skills and skills to use presentation software. 2) For enhancing the presentation software, Beau can conduct an online based course to improve his ability to create a presentation for his company. For improving time management skill, Beau needs to segment his complete tasks and then allocate priorities to it based on the importance so that it can be completed based on the preferences and can be completed within the appropriate time.
