4Project ManagementIntroduction The projects can be made successfully by analyzing the risk factors and manage by implementing the strategies in a proper way. In this case, Virtucon can make a successful crop project named i-crop project by allocating necessary resources and making a proper plan to improve the profitability and by reducing the yield dependence on the climate situations. Analysis of all risk factors has been in this study and a proper plan to manage them has been made.
