Executive summary
The business model of company named Sumsung is presented in this paper with
development of new ideas pertaining automated cars. The value proposition model
is presented whereby the new technology will be developed to remove the lacunae
in automated cars. The plan is to innovate the new car product that will have
sensor-based technology in it. The sensor based technological mechanism will
ensure timely alarm generation while sensing any danger when traveling on road.
The idea is feasible as per the needs of modern century leading to development of a
business idea that may be very successful if the plan is executed on time. There are
certain risks and assumptions associated with idea which need to be effectively
taken care of to reduce the chances of contingencies.

Introduction
The value proposition idea is considered in this paper whereby the modern cars
which meet the need of high-class people will be added value with to generate
better products in the market. The company considered in this organization is
named as Sumsung that tends to open a business in the automobile industry. The
company is considering the option of providing automated cars to high-class people
of the society along with internet of things based sensor Currently, there is no
automated car in the market which has sensor-based technology (Middleton, 2017).
The new idea is to make automated cars which will alert the client regarding
different kinds of problems experienced while traveling in them. There is a need for
creativity and innovation for the purpose along with value proposition for existing
automated products that will prevent untoward incidents related to traveling in
automated cars (TaskReports.com, 2017).
Problem statement or identification
The problem is that automated cars do not generate any alarm and are not able to
use artificial intelligence technology when there is any danger on the road like
potholes, floodwater, bad road condition, etc. This leads to travelers of automated
cars experiencing major difficulty for using these automated cars (Petty, 2017). The
sensor-based technology will generate an alarm for the user or client to take control
of automated cars while there is any untoward situation on road. Along with this,
the cars will generate alerting sound if there is any problem with the car itself like
fire in the engine, brake fails or any other associated condition. This will prevent the
loss of men and material happening due to lack of human intelligence in machines
(Thill, 2017). There will be development of sophisticated but complex technology to
