2Executive Summary A report has been prepared on the how the companies in Australia have adopted the IntegratedReporting and the Global Reporting Initiative and how the same has improved the level ofinformation flow and the quality of reporting. For the evaluation of its impact and the benefit tothe stakeholders, two Australian companies have been chosen and analysed in terms of whetherthey meet the requirements of the conceptual framework or not, who are the key stakeholders,what the similarities and differences in the report and finally whether they are consistent with thestandards and the law.
