The founder of Top Glove is Tan Sri Dr Lim Wee Chai who brings a worth ofexperience in the marketing of production when he was the salesman along with his wife, Mrs.Tong Siew Bee in the year 1991. Top Glove, as a local business enterprise has develop from amodest organization with only 1 factory, 1 glove production line, and 100 employees, but now it isthe most outstanding and largest rubber glove manufacturer in the world. Today, Top Glove wassuccessfully listed in the Second Board to the Main Board of the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchangeand captured 26% of the world market share for rubber gloves as well as employed nearly 21,000employees.
