In Richer Sound to perform a role of leader there is need to have good and cooperative behaviour which can help to develop a business in challenging environment. Organization culture –The culture of organisation explaining as beliefs, assumptions, and values that is important to consider in running the business. This is not compulsory that all people who are working in organization are belongs to same culture because they comes from different country and place so they behave differently. But in challenging environment it is important to understand how people are behaving and what changes needs to bring for the purpose of running business and increase profitability.
