hospitality. Advertising is one of the ways in which the brands can reach to large number of
audiences. Campaigns are an agent in terms of executing direct as well as indirect marketing,

Introduction
Surfers Paradise Marriott Resort and Spa achieved accolades and glory by providing
quality hospitality services to the clients and the customers. It is one of the subsidiaries
operating under Marriott Hotels and Resorts. The hotel was enlisted as ‘one of the best
hotels’ in Forbes and voted as the ‘best company to work’ for UK by The Times in the era of
2009. Founded in 1957, the hotel has emerged successful in expanding the supply chain
network in 567 hotels (Marriott.com 2019).
According to the customer reviews, the hotel has been tagged as ‘sophisticated’ with
exclusive cuisines of Japan and seafood. Lagoon style pool and spa are the agents for
influencing the purchasing power and decision of the clients and the customers. The location
is advantageous, as it is a 6 minutes’ walk from the beach. The high rise resort is 1.8 kms
from the Skypoint Observation Deck. The visitors can see the Sea World, which is 7 mins
walking distance from the hotel. One of the other attractions is that of Infinity Attraction.
Easy transport accessibility makes the hotel a recommended one among the customers
(Marriott.com 2019).
As a matter of specification, the hotel offers free Wi-Fi, paid parking, indoor and
