Introduction
Planning helps the businesses in terms of efficient execution of the activities. Taking
into consideration, business models add shape to the marketing and management. For this,
adequate skills, abilities and competencies are needed, which assists the personnel in
enhancing the productivity (Menon et al., 2015). This assignment attempts to provide an
insight into improving the customer relationship marketing for Easyshare, which increases
the productivity of the business. Along with this, the assignment also speculates the benefits,
which can be achieved through the consideration of the business idea. This speculation
involves the feasibility of the ideas in terms of the goals and objectives set by Easyshare for
the achievement of customer satisfaction.
Company profile
Easyshare is an online platform, which assists the customers to pay the rents and bills.
John Bush founded the startup in 2014. The startup has already assisted the customers in
paying the bills worth $10 million. As a matter of specification, the app provides free service
to the customers for easing the process of paying the bills and rents (Geteasyshare.com,
2018). The service providers collect the share of rents and bills and send the total value back
to the customers.
The service providers follow a process for executing the business activities. The
customers need to sign up and invite the housemates for paying the rents and the bills. As a
sequential step, the customers are requested to add the rent details and tell the housemates’
share. The next step is the payment, where the customers are provided with a choice, wither
to pay through visa, MasterCard or American express. Assurance and guarantee is provided
