INTRODUCTION
In every individual life, proper health and positive mental state of mind plays a vital role
to accomplish their goal of objective within prescribed time duration. In this regard, the role of
health care service providers are regarded as an essential elements as they take an initiative in
improving access and quality of health care for the population by rendering various kind of
services (Paradis, 2014). Some of the services which health care professional provided are
identification of diseases or its symptoms, giving proper medication and treatment, generating
awareness’s to community in aspect of keeping the environment clean and hygienic and so on.
Hence, this current report is wholly based on understanding the importance of effective caring in
every individual life. In this context, to attain the same it involves identification of different
factors which health care providers should consider in order to enrich the manpower life quality,
various kinds of caring techniques as well as analysing the constraints for creating positive
caring to community or society in a better manner.

The aspect of quality of life is refer to the degree of fulfilment of basic needs like food,
clothing, shelter, housing, sanitation, health education as well as having satisfaction with
physical , psychological, emotional and spiritual needs. With the proper allocation of these
factors help each person to lead their life in a healthy and happy manner. Hence, compare to the
olden days people were not properly literate and that make them to unaware about hygienic and
proper care (Ormrod and Jones, 2014). But, this aspect has been changed in current industrial
pace because, it has been identified that this is the age of competition and physical development.
Due to which, it empowered each personnel to put their more attention to the development of
quality of life. However, no matter how much ever the enhancement or progress has been
occurred in the name of development, the core aim is to provide the peace, pleasure and
satisfaction to human beings (Elliott, 2016). Therefore, this is the place where the role of health
care professionals is considered as an important component in regard of providing proper and

effective caring to every kind of individuals. Hence, as per the report some of the factors which
has been identified for improving individuals quality of life and it is mentioned below:
Guidance: This factor is one of the powerful component in enhancing a living standard
of people. This is because poor guidance or direction may lead a person to a drastic situation
which may directly impact over their health, social and mental care. Hence, in order to overcome
the same, health service providers must make an initiative in creating some awareness programs
and educating the community regarding hygienic and healthier life as well as its effect on their
life achievement of success (Sojourner, 2014). Apart from this, providing proper training and
development programs to employees and organising health related camps for educating society
towards creating pollution free environment, free medical treatments and many more. With the
help of all these initiation, it empower each individual to acquire effective level of care and also
they can enrich their quality of life.
Superintendence: In this component, it is link with the process or procedure for
supervising or monitoring the operations of healthcare facilities such as hospitals and nursing
homes. The rationale behind focussing over this area is that medical superintendence occupies a
position of leadership as they are responsible or obliged to guide and manage a healthcare
facility's workers (Li, 2015). Hence, in relation to enhance the standard of living of individual's
life, a superintendence should make an attempt to understand the requirement or need of each
manpower and also take corrective course of action. Additionally, for accomplishing the same
they take an effort to manage a clear or transparent communication with patients as well as with
medical governing boards. Due to such action, it help superintendence to enhance the lifestyle of
community in an improved mode. Apart form this, an effective superintendence makes an effort
to keep up with various technological developments in the healthcare field that enable them to
render proper medical treatments and also help each individuals to cope with all hazardous
diseases in a better mode (Zamanzadeh, Shohani and Palmeh, 2015).
Responsibility: In this determinant, it is link with those aspect which states that every
manpower has its own issues or difficulties which influences its living standard and also its
social surroundings. Henceforth, in regard of improving the quality of life of people, it is a
responsibility of healthcare service providers to make each individual understand the importance
of leading a best quality of life. Moreover, assisting them to build and maintain the healthy
relationship with their social factors ( which comprises family, friends, relatives and so on). Due
