INTRODUCTION
Academic skills are the approach which are applied to learning to the individuals as they
are essential to enhancing my skills in future(Ciesielski and et., al., 2019). Developing good
academic skills will help to achieve the academic success which reflects to the ability of the
individuals. Most of these skills are developed during this coursework for the future. The prime
objective of this project is the gain academic knowledge to gain confidence as per follow. Apart
from this, it provide detail information about reliable resources and to avoid unreliable
information. Beside this it also describe about authentic Harvard referencing style and how to
develop the presentation skills as to build confidence.
Main body:
Academic resources are useful for improving the knowledge and productivity. By reading
different kinds of generals and books will help my communication and reading skills. These are
made up of core attributes, which include problem solving skills, analytical abilities, critical
thinking which aid in improving the skills which is essential for better future. My university
provide online resources library where I have access to its printed resources such as books and
journal. This help to gain authentic data which help in improving my report making skills
effectively. Along with this, electronic journals and online database are the primarily for the use
for the use of different faculty and students to gain access to various information for improving
there knowledge and skills.
Further my university has increased the books and online Journals and they library is
putting input to increase the available funds to improve the academic needs of the students.
Newly arrival journals and magazines are available on the daily basis as they help in gathering
current information which is useful in my academic skills for betterment and growth. Along
there are different references file which help in me to prepare my project effectively and it will
help to find out the reliable resources effectively. For example in our class activity there was in
group activity in which tutor asked to gather information from the different reliable resources.
Hence I take assistance of online library where I had authentic sources which increasing the
efficiency of my project. Here are the authentic journals which I learnt today is given below:

Apart from this, my university had provided skill development session through YouTube
where I have learned to improve and focus on my academic skills for better future. The
motivator speaker was told about intrinsic motivation as this is long lasting and self
sustaining(Conger and et., al., 2019). This help me to put more efforts to gain more knowledge.
However there were different interactive session was provided by the university as to increase
the skills and make me future ready to face challenges and hurdles present in the marketplace.
This can be improved especially when it comes to gain skills with the assistance of
academic performance. It also improve my concentration in classroom projects and enhance the
