The success factors that helps in understanding the progress of the organization relating
to the case study is based on the proper integration between the internal and the external
departments of the organization. The OGMG faces a lack of proper integration between the
internal and the external departments and therefore it faces the risk of losing its clients to
different agents and organizations (Khan et al., 2014). Integration plays a major role in retaining
the clients of the organization and therefore it is proven source of formulating revenue.
Answer to question 2
Project management implications are based on the effectiveness of the management tools
that is being undertaken by the organization. In order to understand the different perspectives of
the project management considerations must be made on the issues and the solutions must be
formulated therein (Khan et al., 2014). The healthcare organizations should be properly
managed, integrated in order to provide smooth and equivalent services to the clients.

Secure access to data and records can be maintained with the help of the emerging
software that guarantees against the information theft and duplicity (Igira, 2012). The major
implications of the management is based on the information, therefore information forms the
very basic part of the organizational progress. On the other hand, recordkeeping is an important
phenomenon that helps the organization in keeping a track of the progress they have made in all

Implementation of the wireless notepads helps in meeting the basic requirements of initial
recordkeeping of the clients or the patients. The methods help in keeping the record more
effectively based on the requirements of the organization (Tan & Payton, 2010). However, there
are certain issues that might be faced while undertaking the process (Igira, 2012). it might be due
to the efficiency or the security. The efficiency of the recordkeeping might be restricted as the
integrity and the authenticity of the data might be compromised in the process. On the other
hand, theft of information or hacking might steal away information as the process requires a
network connection, which is vulnerable to cyber theft practices.

The management of the organization must monitor over the performance of the
organization based on certain key factors. The factors that must be considered while monitoring
over the performance are the rate of retention of the clients, the effectiveness of the
recordkeeping, the integrated approach of the team members and the feedback of the clients as

The involvement of the end user is an important consideration that must be undertaken by
the management of the organization in order to ensure that the proper services are being
delivered to the end user. The end user helps in determining the effectiveness of the services that
is being provided by the organization (Igira, 2012). Based on the feedback of the end user the
company formulates steps and takes decisions accordingly in order to make considerable
progress in the process.
