BUSINESS COMMUNICATION
The original post is quite comprehensive in respect of the proposition that the
researcher has tried to present here. The subject selected for the post is business proposal as
the medium of communication. In the introduction part of the post, there is subtle description
of the subject matter of the post which is quite comprehensive. In the main part of the perks
of business proposal has been described with its features. The problems in this section is that
the arguments are quite repetitive. There could be more components of the business proposal
and its effectiveness in this section. The statements in both of the paragraphs are more or less
the same. The importance of time frame suggestion in the business proposal is not mentioned
by the researcher in this post. That could have construct an important part of the argument as
well.
Most of the plausible characteristics of the business proposal has been discussed in
the post. The business proposal and its objectives, for whom it is directed and what are the
features are discussed by the researcher in this post. Therefore it could be said that all the
plausible feature of the communication through business proposals are identified in the post
(Lazzareschi & Brito, 2017). Another positive part of the post is that the researcher has also
talked about the types of business proposal in this post.
Only one example is provided by the researcher in this post. There is the example of
sales proposal which provides the details of sales and products to the client. The researcher
has correctly chose to give the example of sales in this part as through this the client could be
given information of all the product features, their demand and the status of the product in the
market (Katz et al. 2016). The client would definitely give importance to the sales and profit
margins, hence the example is quite suitable in this post (Batocchio, Ferraz Minatogawa &
Anholon, 2017).
