There are several kinds of theories that have been provided by numerousresearchers on the benefits of working as a team. They have also elaborated the waysin which team are being formed and the ways in which they have been successful overthe years. Researchers also suggest the characteristics due to which teams becomeeffective as well as in effective. Working as a team not only helps individuals in theirperformance but also enhances the productivity of the company.
