Introduction
The significance of an accounting information system is huge for every organization. Having

vendors and the internal control method necessary to enhance the functioning of the
company. Significant matters such as the environment needed for the software, the system
needs and characteristics of the software along with the results that are required so as to
achieve organizational goals shall also be projected in the following report. The selection of
software will be on the basis of the best option available amongst the various vendors of
software.
 Background
At Brumby, the tasks are basically divided on the basis of skills and expertise of an
employee. This helps the company in achieving enhanced accountability. As the tasks are
segregated and performed at levels, therefore, it is true to say that the failure at one level shall
ultimately have an adverse impact on others. The departments of the company are all
interdependent on each other in a manner that if one fails the other departments are most
likely to suffer and this shall ultimately impact the performance of the company (Brumby’s
Bakery, 2018). The management of the Brumbys should ensure that every department should
operate in an effective manner. When the departments coordinate with one another they are
most likely to function efficiently which will ultimately uplift the performance of an
