Throughout this report theCOMPETITIVE STRATEGY OVERVIEW OF ALL FOOTWEAR will be mentioned, this willbe followed by providing the OVERVIEW OF FOOTWEAR INDUSTRY. Followed byOVERVIEW OF COMPANY A, followed by KEY DECISIONS MADE AT EACHPARTICULAR PHASE, followed by the description of FINAL RESULTS after the keydecisions made, this would be followed by the REFLECTIONS of our learning’s from this givencase. The report will then take you through the UNDERSTANDING OF STRATEGICPRINCIPLES, the need or requirement of the strategy to run the business, including the strategicmanagement of the company chosen. The report then takes you through the KEY LEARNINGPOINTS ABOUT THE STRATEGY, which mentions specifically the complexities to run thebusiness in real life scenarios that too through strategic thinking. Wetook decisions to diversify our business in international markets. We strategically decideddiversifications in use of raw materials, i.e. we decided to use Green technologies andRenewable Technologies in our production lines. Later on studying the market dynamics we alsoinitiated our plan productions by setting up plants in other two locations i.e. Europe – Africalocations and Latin America Locations. We strategically decided diversification in workforcemanagement and employing new workers to meet the demand side. We strategically decided toimprove quality of our models and raised the models in our productions lines. Our Strategic decisions were based on 1. Improving our production lines; 2. Improving ourReach, 3. Improving our availability, 4. Improving the Styling standards, 5. Improving ourQuality standards, 5. Improving our ratings among the customers. We focused on diversification in our whole business model and which was perculated to each ofour business operations. This was our main Strategic initiative to make ALL FOOTWEAR theleading company in the footwear Industry. The real results were also possible as we totallybelieved in reliability of our decisions and timely implementations of our strategically aligneddecisions. With a gap of one financial year, we developed increase in returns of our businessesacross the international markets and geographical locations. We totally understand the needs ofdifferent markets because of which we increased the variation of footwear models available withus. We also took the decision to invest in Advertising to help us in boosting our branding andsales at the end of each financial year.
