INTRODUCTION
In the organisation there are so many people work together. but according to there
performance and qualifications the organisations. There organisation have been divided in there
major parts. These are divided in top levels middle level, lower level. In the organisation the top
people are known as the board of directors in the company (Mendenhall, M.E., 2012). The
middle level peoples are the managers how have to manage the company performance. The
lower level people are known as workers and some employees. In this report we have to analysis
the performance of the middle level and analysing the requirements oh the organisations middle
level. Then full filing the organisation need be providing the effective managers in the company.
The company in this report is Primeark. Its headquarters in the Dublin, Republic if Island. It was
established in June 1969. there major protect to sell in the market is food and handicraft items.
They have to sell the then in global market. This organisation is bigger (Bush, T. and
Middlewood, D., 2013). So it needs minimum 30 member staff in the middle level but the
company having only 20 members currently in the organisation then HR manager have to
analysis that which performance is need in the organisation. They have the requirements of the
skills to there effective performance to them. In the manager have to do the recruitment and
selection work. And they have to find 10 more members for the organisations. Without having of
it company can not achieve the goal and there objective. With out these 10 members in
organisation the productivity well decrease in the market. The manager have to analysis the need
of requirement and selection then manager have to see the need of skills and knowledge to the
task that they have to perform in the organisation the manager have to see the organisation
productivity and analysis the goals and the objectives of the organisation. Then the manager have
to conduct the event there he well take the interviews and then analysis then according to them
ony they well get the analysis of the interviewers (Lev, A.I., 2013). The manager have to select
the best 10 members so they can provide the best productivity to the organisations. The
organisation have to see see the style of the leadership in the organisation. And analysing the
best dealership style to get the best performance to the employees. It well help in getting the
productivity of the organisation. Manager have to provide the the management. So that they have
make a good leadership. And make the team work so good then they well get the efficiency.
Manager have to make the group according to there performance. The the manager have to
perform little leadership qualities also. like manager have to provide the the best group for the

style according to situations are as follows:

focus and respect to there members. We know that stages of teams is forming, storming, norming
and performing this well shows always the team having the stage of storming from there

codes of behaver in the team. That time team have to show the good team work example or we
can say the model to them. This well help the team in manages team so properly so they well

human resources manager well do this so that he can get improvement next time and get best
results.

In this report the the Primeark have the to get 10 more members to complete the staff of
the middle level in the organisation. So he have to analysis the need and skills required according
to there task. And they have to select the recruitment and selection process in the company so
that they well get the employee that well provide the best efforts to there task. Then company
have to the leadership style on which the work have to be manages in the team. In this company
have to adopt the autocratic style of leadership. Then manager and leaders both have same goals
that make a team who give there performance properly. They have to reduce the conflicts from
the team. Majorly manager have to do 25% work on this conflicts so that he can make
coordination in the team. If the employees not giving there best efforts the manager of the
company have to motivate them or give the training to them then he have to evaluate that
training also so that he can give best training next time.
