tourism industry(Cave and Brown 2012). Early tourism started with Nomads who
travelled around the world in search of food and shelter. Main intension of this traveller is to gathered food and traded around the world and
gave rise to the barter system (Capacci, Scorcu and Vici, 2015). 1500 BC is marked as the era when the Europeans visited pyramids and thus

health care needs because they cannot understand
about their sickness or can't express about their
problems. In this Mr. Anis is paralyzed that means
he have disability then in this situation medical
treatment should be provided to him as well as can
use charts or pictures for better communication.
Government – Government plays an important role in
supporting the individual. It makes the legislation, rules and
regulation that every health professional have to follow it.
These rules protect the rights of patient and and prevents the
discrimination in the clinic or school.
