INTRODUCTION
Health promotion is the method through which the people are enabled to manage the
health related issues. To maintain the healthy life style, controlling over the issues and improving
them in various ways. It basically considers the social and environmental interventions of the
individual. The scenario here present the health related issues of two people Sarah and Peter.
Now a days the health problems of the people are growing in the increasing rates (Chou and
et.al., 2013). It has become very important for the government of the nation to educate and create
the awareness to every people of the society about the diseases that are spreading all around due
to the carelessness of the people. Therefore various health promotional acts has been carried out
to create the awareness.
TASK1
Essay
Health is the state of being complete fit in terms of mental, physical and in social. The
absence of the diseases is said to be as a health. The health is basically a situation of a person
where whole part of the body is in perfect working stage. A dynamic conditions where body
adjusts and adapt itself according to the external factors. Health promotion is the process which
involves the various things to protect and prevent the individual from the diseases. It provides
many remedies for the problems related to the health. It helps the society to control and improve
over the issues related to the health and promotes to be healthy. There are different strategies that
has been used for the promotion of the health.
It is very necessary for the individuals to take good care of their own self on the regular
basis. The behaviours and the daily routine has to be changed by the people so as to attain the
objective in terms of the good health (Eldredge and et.al., 2016). It is not an action only a single
person or the Peter ans Sarah have to do, it is to be done by every person to be in a healthy state.
The scenario here tells about the bad health condition of both husband and wife Sarah and Peter.
Sarah is facing depression and Peter is recently shifted in a home care due to the two type of
diabetes and also because of his poor condition he had an amputation of his leg. This has made
the living very problematic and he was the only earning source for the family now they are
facing many social and economical issues.

Social economic factors plays a very important role in the health of the people of the
society. The circumstances of poor social and economical conditions of the individual always
affect the life of them. Due to this they get affected by the various diseases and illness which
may result in the loss of the life even. These circumstances can cause the adverse effect on the
health of the people as it may lead to the stress and the state of depression (Golden and Earp.,
2012). Basically the socio economic is the term which defines the several factors of the person's
living such as the income, education and the occupation. With the difference in the socio
economical factors of the person the access of the medical care, physical activity opportunity and
the healthy food are also different. Peter and Sarah both faces the issue of the discrepancies in
the services that were availed due to the poor economical condition of the family. There are
some factors that can be seen as the socio economical factors-
Lack in the physical experiences.
Lack of the knowledge related to the obesity that was suffered by both of them.
High sugar consumption.
Lifestyle
Prices of food.
There are many sources that the government has structured so as to prepare the report
related to the inequalities in the health care services of the organisation to the customers. HALS-
(The health ans lifestyle survey) is the survey that has been conducted by the Nations Health
service in United Kingdom. The survey is conducted as to know the inequalities that the public
faces in the service of the health care home according to their state of economic aspects. The data
are collected on the basis of the health conditions, the physical health, social care, lifestyle
behaviour and the mental health of the population. The inequalities in the services are found in
the NHS. The report had specified all the detailed things related to the services of different health
care homes. The research has also identified the situations that has been faced by many people
similar to Peter and Sarah (Knapp, McDaid and Parsonage., 2011). After all the findings has
been done, 39 policies has been suggested in the different operational aspects of the health care
homes like the taxation agriculture and the health services so that the differences can be reduced.
Peter and Sarah had faces basically the barriers related to the money and the care. The
condition of them were not as good because the only source of the income in the family was
Peter and due to the health problem and amputation he is also not able to earn as much he could
