3PROFESSIONAL PRACTICE IN ITTask 1My host company does have in pale IT Governance framework. The framework usedin my company is ISO 27002. ISO 27002 IT Governance framework is the collection of datathat offers security guidelines in order to help the organization to maintain and improve theinformation security of the company (Eberlein, et al 2014). ISO 27002 IT Governanceframeworks also enable implementing of the process in order to gain security in themanagement infrastructure (Almeida, Pinto & Mira da Silva, 2016).The IT Governance frameworks used in my friends companies are COBIT and ITILrespectively.Major differences between the three IT Governance network are as follows: -COBIT is initiated by Information System Audit and Control Association which isabbreviated as ISACA whereas ITIL was initiated by the UK government and ISO27002 was initiated as ISO 27001, ISO 27002 acts as an inherited framework that isderived from ISO 27001 (Fenz, Plieschnegger & Hobel, 2016).ISO 27002 is recognized in the IEC/IEC standards whereas COBIT is worldwiderecognized and ITIL is globally recognized as IT Governance framework.COBIT is recognized as a high level IT Governance framework whereas ITIL isconsidered to be equivalent to the COBIT or sometime inferior to the COBIT ITGovernance framework (Karkoskova & Feuerlicht, 2015). ISO 27002 stands behindthe standards of the COBIT and ITIL IT Governance framework (Moreira, Vivone &da Silva, 2015, January).Task 2The company I have been working for was a company based on the technology of Information Technology.
