From the above discussion and the answers that were generated during the interviews that
were conducted the learning outcomes are taken into consideration as learning process. Learning
regarding the training initiatives as per the engaging of oneself during the hard economic times.
It is learnt that controlled analysis is performed with the help of the E-learning. Usage of E
learning in the field of training and development process has been acting very important.
Supporting of the overall strategy and business have been treated as a major prospect that will
ensure that necessary adjustments are made. This process of e learning will be considered to be
important in case of economic hard times. It is also learnt that outsourcing of the training has
been acting as an effective process. This is the main reason that the functional process will be
getting benefitted as per the provisioning of the process. Over 70% of the total training is
performed via outsourcing. Importance of cross cultural training is also well understood. It is
also learnt that proper management of the long term relation development will be made via
developing a proper relation in between the employees. With the help of cross cultural training
implementation, employees will be getting instrumental and hence flexibility and decentralizing
of the structure can be developed.
Training that is to be provided needs to be diverse in nature. This is the main aspect that
proper communication process can be developed and hence proper treatment of the employees
will be performed. Hence proper behavior establishment can be done and hence better bonding
can be established. Presence of diversity in the management process will be enhancing the
functional process. This increase in diversity will help in developing a better and positive
environment. Hence management of the business organization will be performed in a manner
