Further, as the issuer of the National Identity, the authority barrel with the knowledge, information and the data. The ID Authority of the Emirates uses the model of generalization for the knowledge management. The management of knowledge of Emirates mainly includes various aspects. Firstly, the support of the creativity and the innovation as the Emirates require to develop and enhance skills in order to promote creativity while using the resources. Secondly, the systems of the knowledge-based ensure the systematic and the structured flow of the information. Thirdly, ithelps in building or creation of assets and producing capital for the Emirates. Lastly, the learningof the organization is being encouraged and enhanced in order to bring the transformation.Furthermore, the ID Authority of the Emirates encourages the development of the culture which is oriented to culture in order to transform and modernize the functioning of the Emirates. It is being observed that there is a correlation among the learning culture of the organization, innovativeness and the satisfaction of job (Al-Khouri, A. M. 2014). Moreover, the application of the modern techniques of management of knowledge and also the approach of holistic contributed to the development and the enhancement of the various capabilities in order to achieve more success and the maximization of the profitability. The transformation of the Emirates was being carried out by a clear strategy of communication as the concepts of the knowledge came from the vision and the mission which were clearly defined for the ID Authority of the Emirates and it further helped in formulating the effective framework of knowledge management.
