It is also named as continuous professional development which is highly values as it assist in tracking and documenting out all skills, experiences, etc for keeping record of what is learnt and applied. Short term goals with three personal examples A goal which a person have desires to attain soon are short term goal. These goals have high value in life of an individual because they lay down defined route for success (Fischer 2019). Proximal goal is another name of short term goal as these acts as building blocks to other goals. As these tends to be accomplish easier, people emphasise on immediate future with manageable tasks in completion. Personal examples related to short term goals are underneath: ďˇBuilding good habits of study. ďˇDeveloping time management ability. ďˇAcquiring business management skills (Ozuna, 2015). Medium term goals with personal examples Goal that is to be attained after temporal order of short term goals are achieved together with form aspects to long term goals are outlined as medium term goal. In a life of a person, medium term goals are more valued as they aids people to stay motivated while taking say to day steps towards steady progress. It offers best approaches for significant progress (Dobbie and Fryer Jr, 2015). Personal examples about medium term goals are mentioned below: ďˇLearning different languages. ďˇTravel around the world to explore places and natural environment. ďˇImproving knowledge related to business management and planning. Long term goals with personal examples Goals which takes significant effort, resources, planning and duration for the purpose of accomplishment are long term goals. These provides something for striving addition to assist 1
keeping people focused about where they desires to be in future (Travers, Morisano and Locke, 2015). An individual values these goals as they shape direction of career as well as lives. Personal examples stating long term goals are underneath: ďˇWorking in a multinational corporation at top position. ďˇFoster time management skill. ďˇBuilding networks. Personal Development Plan A documented plan containing information about goals, present strengths in specific areas, changes required for attaining goals and types of skills required to improve areas of weakness is personal development plan (Olech, Klich and Perzanowski, 2009). It provides a roadmap together with visual outline for growth. Values concerned with personal development plan are wide as it is one of essential framework for all career minded professional. It enables people for setting vision for future and gives clear idea about ways to achieve goals (Burnham, 2015). TASK 2 Ways in which Author, Reliability, Relevance and Purpose impacts on source use In a source, elements including Relevance, Author, Purpose and Reliability plays great role in impacting there usage within report plan. Author impacts on source use as they have responsibility for timely informing to editor about research paper. Similarly, when reliable source is not used in accordance to material then it negatively impacts on its usage. Likewise, Purpose of source reflects on the reason it was actually made (Luck and Gaspelin, 2017). When purpose of source and information in report plan are different then it results in negative impacts on usage. At last. Relevant source determine appropriateness of information. However, when source lacks relevancy it results in unfavourable effects on source usage.
