Abstract
The internal cultural factor has a large effect or reaction on the team’s performance related to the
execution of a project. The research aims in providing a detailed analysis of the outcome of
internal cultural factors on the project team’s performance. The particular research is conducted
to analyse the key internal factor that can have an impact on project team performance. A
primary data analysis process is chosen for this dissertation to mathematically analyse the
research data and the findings. The review of the literature identifies the various internal cultural
factors affecting the project team’s performance, while the analysis of the primary data act as a
proof of the same. The tools used for data analysis is indicated in the methods section. At the end
of the dissertation, the researcher succeeds in fulfilling the aim and the objective of the
undertaken study.
