4. Assessment Grading Your work will be marked in grades rather than percentages. This is considered to deliver the most accurate and fair outcomes for students. Assessment 2 Details 5.1 Task In order to complete this task, you are required to read and examine the attached information about the corporate entertainment company, Cirque du Soleil, and then answer the following questions: a) Using appropriate strategy and innovation frameworks, evaluate the key drivers of innovation and entrepreneurial opportunities contributing to the ongoing success of Cirque du Soleil. (60%) b) Critically analyse the view that Cirque du Soleil’s success can be attributed to the successful application of Blue Ocean strategy.
